The structural steel fibres can completely replace the classical reinforcing steel or the reinforcing mesh in any slab on grade constructions. They are the best known type of reinforcement fibres in the world as they are far more time and cost efficient than the classical reinforcement.
Features:
Steel Fibres are divided in two categories:
Glued Steel Fibres
Glued Steel Fibres are high tensile steel wires with hooked ends, glued together with water soluble glue, for compactness and uniform dispersion in concrete. They come in different lengths, diameters & aspect ratios.
Loose Steel Fibres
These are cold drawn wires with high strength, low carbon hooked end steel fibres packed in bunches. They are individual in nature andcan be added in concrete in small dosages. Loose fibres offer economical solutions for low & medium dosages in SFRC applications.
